2.1 We offer a selection of premium chocolates and sweets, including but not limited to Kunafa, Choco Rolls, Chocolate Dates, Wafer Sticks, Gift Combos, and Saffron-infused treats Oya.

2.2 All product prices, availability, and specifications on the Website are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
 

3. Account & User Responsibilities

3.1 You may browse and place orders without creating an account. If you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under them.

3.3 You agree to use the Website lawfully and not engage in any prohibited actions, such as interference with its functionality or hack attempts.

4.1 We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, UnionPay, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPay, and other methods as listed on the Website Oya.

4.2 Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

4.3 Payments are processed securely. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
